Surfside is a town of roughly nine blocks between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach’s North Beach, with the Atlantic to the east and Biscayne Bay to the west. Building heights are limited, so the town remains low- and mid-rise.
The commercial spine is Harding Avenue, a walkable street of independent businesses. A community centre with an oceanfront pool sits at 93rd Street, and a public beach access runs the length of the town.
Housing includes single-family homes west of Collins Avenue and oceanfront condominium buildings along the beach.
