Edgewater

Edgewater runs along Biscayne Bay between the Venetian Causeway and the Julia Tuttle Causeway, immediately north of the Arts & Entertainment District. It has changed faster than almost any other part of Miami over the past fifteen years, as low-rise blocks along North Bayshore Drive were replaced with residential towers.

Margaret Pace Park provides the neighborhood’s main open space and waterfront frontage, with tennis courts, a dog park, and a baywalk section.

Inventory is almost entirely newer condominium construction, much of it with direct bay exposure and full amenity programmes. Wynwood and the Design District are a short distance inland.
